The UTC dining room is casual-elegant, with patio seating, an indoor fireplace, a circular piano bar with live music, and private rooms for groups and chef's-table service. Entrees fall in the $31–$50 range, positioning the room for special occasions and corporate dinners more than weeknight visits.
